I belong to India, ‘the
land of culture’, currently staying in the Nashik city. By profession I am an architect & designing is my passion. As a Piscean I have a natural inclination towards art, design & creativity. I think this might be one reason as to why I am into blogging. I have
a keen Interest in writing; have ventured to a distant depth in poesy. Apart
from architecture, I like to design icons, logos, book-covers, brochures &
even like to design my desktop wallpapers (!) I have brushed out a lot of
art-paintings & also am ever-exploring the world of photography.
I started blogging from
mid-august 2007, so it’s almost five years now. Due to various unforeseen reasons I was not able to offer a incessant nurturing to my online writing. In the beginning I started with blogger.com, then I switched to wordpress.com and now recently as wordpress is facing a nation-wide blanket ban enforced by Indian government, I have again switched to blogger. But for sure I will now stick to blogger for a long long time. Presently I am not thinking to use
blogging as a source of income. Within last couple of year, most of the time I was in
the process of exploring the various facades of blogging. Now a time-span of five years and only a handful of posts?!...that's because of my aforesaid 'errands' with the blogging platforms; Moreover I think it’s not
sensible to keep counting on the number of posts I have churned out. Instead
I would like to be less on number of posts & more on quality
& content of my posts.
I am a total design person, I believe that we all have the ability to be
an artist, the difference is just the belief one has on oneself. When I was a
child my mentor told me to close my eyes and think of everything... whatever
you want to be & nothing else, then the first thing I saw with closed eyes
was a dark circle with a bright central light, I wished to be a great designer and
a well-known writer and here I am still trolling my path towards my goal, I
think the journey till now was definitely inspiring and aspiring to reach to my
destination....I'll keep observing & evolving...
